There is a huge movement towards more sustainable packaging for food products, to-go containers and more. The shift from petroleum-based packaging to compostable packaging is a great contribution to minimizing the impact humanity has on the environment. Farmer D Organics, with all of its composting activities, feels very strongly that companies need to make the transition to compostable packaging to reduce garbage going to the landfills and make it easier for collection and composting of food waste from restaurants, sports facilities and more.
