School Garden Installations



The Farmer D Organics School Garden Installation program is an easy way to add fresh, organic produce to your child's diet. Growing a garden of edibles at a child's school incorporates several different concentrations within their curriculum. Just think of the math involved in a recipe, or the cultural connections that any holiday feast symbolizes. It also connects the dots between healthy bodies and healthy environments.

Here's How it Works..

1. Organize a committee within your school of choice including administration, teachers, parents, and community members
2. Once a plan is made, a quote will be written that covers the installation costs and products added to the plot
3. Utilize financial resources from the School or create a fund raiser for the garden
4. An installation day will be planned where the garden will be installed with Farmer D Team members and student participation
5. The garden will be created complete with Farmer D Organics Raised Beds, Farmer D Biodynamic Soil Mix, organic fertilizer, plants, seeds, drip irrigation, composting solutions, and more
6. During this entire process, the Farmer D Team will educate students and teachers alike about organic gardening, upkeep, and harvest
