School Garden Installations

The Farmer D Organics School Garden Installation program is an easy way to add fresh, organic produce to your child's diet. Growing a garden of edibles at a child's school incorporates several different concentrations within their curriculum. Just think of the math involved in a recipe, or the cultural connections that any holiday feast symbolizes. It also connects the dots between healthy bodies and healthy environments.



One of the first steps to take is to organize a committee within your school of choice including administration, teachers, parents, and community members. If you have interest in this program and are unsure of how to proceed, feel free to contact the Farmer D Organics staff through an email or a phone call to the Briarcliff location. Once a supportive body of participants within the school is created, a plan for the garden may be constructed.

The Farmer D Organics products are provided for schools at a discounted price. The school must meet certain qualifications to get the discounted prices and must provide a tax ID number. The prices of the products installed does not include delivery and labor.
